KE-06 ELEKTRA is a pad printing machine line of completely electrical systems that are in the
range of small to medium machines at competitive prices. It has been designed and built with
high quality materials and parts. It uses a revolutionary system of mechanical movement with
a cam driven brushless motor that guarantees excellent precision and speed (3,000 pieces per
hour). The 2 COLOR version, with a new pad sliding device, can easily print up to 2,000 pieces
per hour. A special version of this machine model is available to print on sides of glasses
with two different logos. The electronic control touch screen controls the printing functions,
allowing the machine to be easily programmed even during operation. The KE-06 ELEKTRA
can be used on existing production lines and also can be equipped with optional devices
such: rotary table, linear or elliptical feeder, flamer.
KE-06 ELEKTRA works with 200mm clichés allowing the possibility to use engraved
clichés already made for other COMEC machine models.
The inking system with closed inkcups allows fast ink changes
and saves more than 50% of the ink in respect to the open
systems, assuring a safer and cleaner work place.
All KE-06 ELEKTRA Miniprint machines are equipped with a
fixture table with holes to mount the pieces and independent
regulation of all the axis (XYZR). If required, the machine can
have a painted steel bench with room to store consumables.
Because of its construction, the KE-06 ELEKTRA does not
require special maintenance.
